  • 1.5 pounds salmon fillets cut into bite size cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Bang Bang Sauce
  • 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
Garnish
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Pat the salmon dry with paper towels and place in a bowl.
  2. Toss the salmon with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
  4. Add the salmon pieces in a single layer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  5. In a small bowl whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice.
  6. Remove the salmon from the heat and drizzle with the bang bang sauce.
  7. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve immediately. Ensure salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F before serving.
