Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob shucked and cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Brush the corn evenly with melted butter.
  3. In a small bowl, combine salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over all sides of the corn.
  4. Place the corn in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until the corn is tender and lightly charred around the edges.
  6. Remove the corn from the air fryer and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

If your corn ears are large, cut them in half so they fit comfortably in the air fryer basket without overcrowding.
