Method
- Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
- Pat salmon fillets dry and place them on a plate.
- In a small bowl mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano, salt, black pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Brush the herb mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
- Place salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has a lightly crisp edge.
- Remove carefully and serve immediately.
- Cook fish to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit for safe consumption.
