Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets salmon about 6 ounces each
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 3 minutes.
  2. Pat salmon fillets dry and place them on a plate.
  3. In a small bowl mix olive oil, garlic, parsley, thyme, oregano, salt, black pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
  4. Brush the herb mixture evenly over each salmon fillet.
  5. Place salmon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has a lightly crisp edge.
  7. Remove carefully and serve immediately.
  8. Cook fish to an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit for safe consumption.
