Method
- Roll the pizza dough onto a lightly floured surface.
- Cut the dough into 8 equal rectangles.
- Add a spoonful of mini marshmallows and chocolate chips to the center of each rectangle.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
- Brush the tops with melted butter.
- Stir together cinnamon and graham cracker crumbs in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker mixture over the dough pockets.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for 3 minutes.
- Arrange the pockets in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between them.
- Air fry for 7 to 9 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow the pockets to cool for 5 minutes before serving because the filling will be very hot.
Notes
Seal the dough edges carefully so the melted chocolate stays inside while cooking. Serve warm for the best gooey marshmallow texture.
