- Dip each watermelon feta bite into the egg mixture, then coat evenly with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the bites in a single layer inside the air fryer basket.
- Lightly spray the bites with olive oil cooking spray.
- Air fry for 6 to 8 minutes until lightly golden and crisp.
- Transfer to a serving platter and garnish with chopped fresh mint.
- Drizzle lightly with hot honey before serving.
