Method
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them skin side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl mix olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, oregano, parsley, and paprika until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture evenly over each salmon fillet, making sure the tops are well coated.
- Place thin lemon slices over each piece of salmon.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes depending on thickness, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
