- Slice the chicken breasts into bite sized pieces and pat dry. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the chicken pieces in a single layer and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
- While the chicken cooks, prepare the sauce. In a bowl whisk together Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, hot sauce, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Reduce heat to low and pour the sauce over the cooked chicken. Toss until all pieces are evenly coated and heated through for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
