- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium high heat for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
- Add the chicken to the hot griddle in a single layer. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Push the chicken to one side of the griddle and lower the heat slightly. Add the butter and minced garlic to the empty side. Cook for 30 seconds while stirring constantly until fragrant.
- Toss the chicken into the garlic butter mixture until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the chicken and stir until melted and creamy.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and top with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve this garlic parmesan chicken with grilled zucchini, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, or pasta for a complete meal. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
