- In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, milk, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper until smooth. Chill until ready to use.
- Chop the broccoli into small bite size florets and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the chopped apple, red onion, raisins, sunflower seeds, and cooked beef pieces to the bowl.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for 30 to 60 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Toss again before serving and adjust seasoning if needed.
