  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Topping
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 slices cooked turkey bacon chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped
For Serving
  • Ranch dressing optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  4. Arrange the seasoned chicken in the prepared baking dish.
  5. Brush buffalo sauce evenly over each chicken breast.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the dish from the oven. Top the chicken with the chopped turkey bacon and shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  9. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Garnish with sliced green onions and chopped parsley.
  11. Serve warm with ranch dressing, if desired.
