- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Arrange the seasoned chicken in the prepared baking dish.
- Brush buffalo sauce evenly over each chicken breast.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven. Top the chicken with the chopped turkey bacon and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Return the dish to the oven and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and chopped parsley.
- Serve warm with ranch dressing, if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, use freshly shredded mozzarella cheese since it melts smoother than pre-shredded varieties. Pair this buffalo chicken with roasted vegetables, rice, or a crisp salad for a complete meal.
