- In a medium bowl, toss the chopped chicken with the buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Warm the tortillas for 10 to 15 seconds in the microwave to make them easier to roll.
- Divide the romaine lettuce between the tortillas.
- Top with the buffalo chicken, shredded carrots, diced celery, cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into wraps.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
For meal prep, store the buffalo chicken separately and assemble the wraps just before serving to keep the vegetables crisp.
