- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, breaking the beef apart as it cooks, until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
- While the beef cooks, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mustard, and ketchup in a small bowl to make the burger sauce.
- Divide the lettuce among 4 meal prep containers.
- Top each container with cooked beef, tomatoes, pickles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Portion the burger sauce into small containers and add to each bowl.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Drizzle with the sauce just before eating.
Notes
For the freshest texture, store the burger sauce separately and add it right before serving. These bowls keep well in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
