Ingredients
  

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices turkey pepperoni
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
  4. Spread 1/4 cup pizza sauce over each tortilla leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  6. Add 6 slices of turkey pepperoni to each tortilla.
  7. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  8. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into wraps.
  9. Place the wraps seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  10. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  11. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  12. Let cool for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.

Serve these baked pizza wraps with extra warm pizza sauce for dipping.
