- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread 1/4 cup pizza sauce over each tortilla leaving a small border around the edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Add 6 slices of turkey pepperoni to each tortilla.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into wraps.
- Place the wraps seam side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for 3 minutes before slicing and serving.

Serve these baked pizza wraps with extra warm pizza sauce for dipping.
