- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add cocoa powder, almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
- Fold in dark chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
- Bake for 22 to 26 minutes until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing for the best fudgy texture.
Notes
