  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips sweetened with stevia

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together Greek yogurt, mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, oat flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir until fully combined.
  5. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
  6. Spread batter evenly into the prepared baking pan.
  7. Bake for 22 to 26 minutes until the center is set and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
  8. Allow brownies to cool completely before slicing for the best fudgy texture.
