  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

For the bowls
  • 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced red onion
For the sauce
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground turkey and cook, breaking it into crumbles as it browns.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Continue cooking until the turkey reaches an internal temperature of 165°F, about 10 to 12 minutes.
  4. While the turkey cooks, whisk together the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and parsley in a small bowl.
  5. Divide the romaine lettuce among four serving bowls.
  6. Top with cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, carrots, and red onion.
  7. Spoon the warm ground turkey over each bowl.
  8. Drizzle with the sauce and serve immediately.
