- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Add sliced beef in a single layer. Sear for 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned. Cook until internal temperature reaches 145°F, then remove from skillet and let rest for at least 3 minutes.
- In the same skillet, add green beans and cook for 3 to 4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in beef broth and honey, scraping up any browned bits from the pan. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until slightly reduced.
- Return beef to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Remove from heat and finish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently to avoid overcooking the beef.
