Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 4 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese.
  3. Stir until the mixture is evenly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a small baking dish and spread into an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 cup cheddar cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, refrigerate the assembled dip for up to 8 hours before baking. This allows the buffalo seasoning to fully develop throughout the dip.
