Ingredients
  

For the Dip
  • 3 cups cooked shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, half of the cheddar cheese, half of the mozzarella cheese, and half of the green onions.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an 8-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese over the top.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly around the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with the remaining green onions and parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve this dip with sliced bell peppers, celery sticks, cucumber rounds, crackers, or baked tortilla chips. Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated for quick snacks throughout the week.
