- In a mason jar or storage container, combine the oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Stir until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Fold in half of the diced peach.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, stir the oats well.
- Top with the remaining diced peach and chopped pecans.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
