- Stir in the protein powder, oat flour, and salt until a thick cookie dough texture forms.
- Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes to allow the dough to firm up.

Notes
If the dough is too thick, stir in 1 tablespoon of milk. If it is too soft, add an extra tablespoon of oat flour and chill until firm.
