- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and shredded rotisserie chicken. Stir in chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, smoked paprika, and salt. Cook for 4 to 5 minutes until heated through.
- Arrange tostada shells on a baking sheet.
- Spread a thin layer of refried beans over each tostada shell.
- Top with seasoned chicken and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese is melted and tostadas are warm and crisp.
- Remove from oven and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, red onion, avocado, sour cream, lime juice, and chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately while crispy.
Notes
For the best texture, add fresh toppings right before serving so the tostadas stay crunchy. These tostadas are also great for build-your-own dinner nights with extra toppings on the side.
