- Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a small bowl whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets, making sure each piece is well coated.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
