- Divide the cooked rice evenly between four bowls.
- In a medium bowl, combine drained tuna, Greek yogurt, hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

- Top with diced avocado, cucumber, and shredded carrots.
