Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
  • 2 cans tuna drained
  • 1 large avocado diced
  • 1 cup cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
For the Spicy Tuna Mixture
  • 3 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions

Method
 

  1. Divide the cooked rice evenly between four bowls.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine drained tuna, Greek yogurt, hot sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Spoon the spicy tuna mixture over the rice in each bowl.
  4. Top with diced avocado, cucumber, and shredded carrots.
  5. Garnish with green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust the heat level by adding more or less hot sauce to suit your preference.
