- Pat the steak dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

- While the steak rests, heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a small skillet. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in the cooked rice and cook for 2 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, and rice vinegar.
- Divide the rice among four serving bowls.
- Top with cucumber, carrots, edamame, avocado, and sliced green onions.
- Arrange the sliced steak over each bowl.
- Drizzle with the sauce and serve immediately.
