- In a large bowl, combine drained tuna, cottage cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Fold in chopped celery and diced cucumber for added crunch.
- Lay out tortillas and evenly divide shredded lettuce across each one.
- Spoon the tuna cottage cheese mixture onto each tortilla over the lettuce.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, folding in the sides as you go.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
Store filling separately in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Assemble wraps fresh to prevent sogginess.
