Ingredients
  

  • 2 cans tuna in water drained
  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup celery finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup cucumber diced
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine drained tuna, cottage cheese, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Fold in chopped celery and diced cucumber for added crunch.
  3. Lay out tortillas and evenly divide shredded lettuce across each one.
  4. Spoon the tuna cottage cheese mixture onto each tortilla over the lettuce.
  5. Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, folding in the sides as you go.
  6. Slice in half and serve immediately.

Notes

Store filling separately in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Assemble wraps fresh to prevent sogginess.
