- For the cookies and cream dream bars, combine crushed cookies with melted butter and press into a pan. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix with sweetened condensed milk. Fold in whipped topping, crushed cookies, and mini chocolate chips. Spread over crust and chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
